WHAT IS TITAN BOXING?🥊
Boxing classes are suitable for all levels and are also progressive towards more complex combinations and workouts as the weeks go on. One of the toughest classes in the gym but one of the most rewarding as well. You will improve week on week and as a result will be keen to keep coming back to improve. It’s not boxercise but is also not a spit and sawdust type gym. Best of both worlds I guess. i.e. we don’t spar so you DON’T ACTUALLY GET PUNCHED in the face!
