WHAT IS TEAM TRAINING?💪🤷♂️
Team training is a progressive program with 8-12 in one group with a number of trainers overseeing your technique and teaching you how to progress in both your strength and fitness levels.
Each session is programmed in a way that will allow you to push your own limits regardless of your current level. We cover the basics right through to more difficult progressive lifts.
Out of the sessions we provide various resources to best equip you to get the result you desire. If thats fat loss for a wedding/holiday, building muscle, feeling more confident? We have you covered. Our award winning community will be sure to keep you on track!
